I'm not able to login to app. I have been trying since 2-3 days now. Looking at website now I don't see any reference of ride share, looks like scoop has pivoted to different business now. How can I login and transfer any account balance out of app.
I picked someone up and dropped them off never receiving any money and nobody is returning my emails. The app worked completely different the second day. I had a feeling something wasn't right and imagine that I was right 🙄

I don't see any other options in the menu other than Home, Newsfeed and Settings.
Great transportation alternative. Wish had option to add self on short list if find out needing a ride after daily matching time cutoff.
Worst app
Extremely buggy on a oneplus 8 .couldn't even get past the first couple screens to add address or even type in phone verification code ..unresponsive ..keyboard doesn't show when trying to click on input fields
Lyft and Uber are in Jeopardy in California I'm desperately looking for another means of transportation besides the bus! Please be in San Diego
Can't even schedule a ride. The app crashes on me when i click to schedule. UPDATE: now it wont let me schedule rides at all. I set it all up and go through the process and it kicks back with no confirmation and stiol a blank slate. This is the 8th time i have tried to schedule a ride and i can't.
